  • Skills athletes compete as individuals. There are two levels of Skills Competition in compliance with the Official Special Olympics Summer Sports Rules. Please submit Individual Skills Competition Scores.

Catamount Country Talent Show



Hello fans,

The University of Vermont is the place to be for the next two weeks.  On Saturday, April 13th at 4 pm in the Grand Maple Ballroom, Davis Center, the Student Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) will host its annual Catamount Country Talent Show to benefit Special Olympics Vermont.  SOVT athlete Josh Beaupre will be co-hosting along with UVM basketball star Ben Crenca.

With less than a one week break, we will return to UVM for our Spring Sports basketball tournament, April 20-21.  More than 350 athletes and partners from 16 delegations will be competing for a chance to represent Vermont at the 2014 Special Olympics National Games in Princeton, NJ!

We hope to see you at UVM.

Adaptive Soccer Clinic 4/14 at St. Michael's College


Dear friends,

The EDD Memorial Fund is organizing a free adaptive soccer program in Cochester, VT on Sunday April 14th.  Please join us for an afternoon of soccer drills and games with the St. Michael's College Women's Soccer Team.    This program is open to school-aged children and young adults.  No prior experience necessary; pre-registration required.  

  • Sunday April 14, 2- 4pm.  Soccer Clinic with St. Michael's College Women's Soccer Team
    • Duffy Turf Field, St. Michael's College, Colchester, VT  (link to campus map)
    • This clinic will teach soccer skills in a non-competitive environment.  Participants will be paired with a college athlete and work with their buddy on basic soccer skills.  
    • Weather-permitting, we will be outdoors on the turf field.
